Training Simplified
A solid training program doesn’t need a long list of exercises or leave you extremely sore the next day. Programs like that often lead to burnout or stalled progress once the initial gains wear off due to lack of progressive overload. Instead, a good training plan focuses on a few key exercises done with more effort and includes gradual progressive overload and periodization. This approach builds on itself over time, with periods of intense effort followed by recovery. While this might sound complex, I’ve simplified it for you—just follow the program, and you’ll see progress and enjoy training again in no time!

I've trained with Alexa for 7.5 years now and 5/6 bodybuilding shows. Im a mom to 6 kids, I get bored easily and have loved every piece of training. I'm an RN and love education and like things explained to me and Alexa always takes the time to explain and educate- she never makes plans and expects you to blindly follow them. I love how still to this day she'll throw in things that are new and fun. I also love her macroed approach as I need the flexibility to have foods l love and she 100% encourages that vs a meal plan. Her approach is a healthy lifestyle and not a quick dieting phase!

Being someone newer to lifting, would any of these programs work for me?Absolutely! As long as you move safely on your own, you can choose from any of the 3 program tracks. All the workouts can be scaled to your strength/fitness level. There is also an option to upload a video of an exercise in the app if you would like coaching feedback on a movement.

What type of equipment is needed for the workouts?All three program tracks are designed to be done in a garage gym without access to machines or cables (however I do provide substitutions if you do workout in a fully outfitted gym). Recommended Equipment: Barbell, Squat Rack, Plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Pull-Up Bar, Monster Bands, Box (or somthing up step up onto), Bench, 1 Piece of Aerobic Equipment (or space to run), Medicine Ball or D Ball Nice to Have Pieces of Equipment: Landmine Attachement, GHD or Roman Chair, Rower, Cable Pulley, Dual KBs

Can I join the program at any time?While yes you can join anytime, because the workouts are assigned to a calendar day on the app, the workouts are designed to start on a Monday (however feel free to complete the workouts on any day that fits your schedule best). And if you do sign up on a day other than Monday, there will be a "bridge" week of workouts for you to complete in the meantime!

What type of support will I get during the program?As long as you are a member in the program, you will have access to message Coach Alexa in the CoachRX app with any questions pertaining to the program. There is also an option for form feedback if you would like to upload a video of a lift in the app for guidance on how to improve. Additionally, at the begnining of each 6-8 training cycle, you will be able to set new lifestyle behavior goals that might serve you towards working towards your main health/fitness goals, which Coach Alexa will upload into the app for daily accountability. Life Lifted Traiing also has a members only Facebook group to ask questions, chat fintess and share wins.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
