I go beyond just "macro counting" and emphasize the importance of mindset, helping you become aware of what motivates you, recognize self-sabotaging behaviors, tune into your values and gain a deeper understanding of your beliefs about food, exercise, and body image. Together, we'll create sustainable behavior changes that feel good without feeling restrictive.
